All items returned unopened with a valid RGA and in original condition will be accepted within 30 day of original invoice. Please see terms and conditions for more details.

If we don’t have access to what you need, we will try to source the item for you- unless the company that manufactures the product only uses a direct sales force.
Yes. You can order with a PO, but you will need to be registered with ENT Supplies.com as a Premier Member- and will be given an approval code to use at check-out, which will allow you to utilize a PO at checkout and approval at invoicing. All orders submitted with a PO but without an Premier Member approval code will be cancelled.
Premier Members are community members that have internal accounts set up with us and are able to utilize a PO to purchase and have additional access to a personalized formulary- including items such as standard supplies. Please email customer service to set up an account. Premier members will also have access to our internal ordering system and be able to have a customize formulary available for their account.
